We offer a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, trigger point, and much more!. Each session can be tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
2. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. You can book online through our website, send a chat/text, or give us a call.

3. What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you will complete a brief health intake form. Your therapist will then discuss your goals and any specific areas of concern before beginning the massage. The session will be customized to your needs.
4. What should I wear during the massage?
Drapes are provided to every client. You should undress to your comfort level. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.
5. How long are the massage sessions?

6. What are the health benefits of regular massage?

9. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
10. Do you accept walk-ins?
