Eros Bodyworks has locations in Winter Park and Orlando, Florida. Services and provider availability may vary by location. Eros Bodyworks is franchised as of October 2026 and additional locations are planned to be opened in 2027 across the U.S.

We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment, particularly for your first visit, so you have time to check in and complete any necessary forms without feeling rushed. Arriving early is a common spa practice because consultations and intake happen before the scheduled treatment.

If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will generally provide the remaining time available for your scheduled treatment so the next guest's experience is not affected. Arrivals of 20 minutes or more may be treated as a missed appointment and subject to the applicable fee.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please review our current spa policies for complete details.

Yes. You're welcome to choose the provider you feel most comfortable with, subject to availability.

Please tell us before your treatment and notate it in your intake form. In some circumstances, we may recommend postponing treatment or consulting your healthcare provider first.

Yes, with restrictions. For minor guests receiving services at Eros Bodyworks, a parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room throughout the appointment.
