At Eros Bodyworks, every guest deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and informed throughout their experience. These standards are designed to protect our guests and providers while maintaining the professional, welcoming environment expected at every Eros Bodyworks location.

Appointments

Appointments are required for all Eros Bodyworks services. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Same-day appointments may be available but must be reserved prior to arrival.
Appointments may be scheduled online or by contacting Eros Bodyworks.
We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, particularly for your first visit, to allow time for check-in and consultation.

Service Acknowledgement

Eros Bodyworks services are designed to support relaxation, wellness, skincare, and self-care and are not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment.

Massage therapy and bodywork may be adjusted based on your comfort, health history, and individual needs.
Skincare treatments are personalized to your skin's current condition, sensitivities, and goals. Individual experiences and results may vary.
Guests are encouraged to share relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, or other information that may affect their service.
Your provider may modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when appropriate for your safety or when a service falls outside their professional scope.

If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please speak with your provider or consult an appropriate healthcare professional before your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. When possible, please contact us as soon as you know you will be unable to keep an appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee.
Guests arriving late may receive a shortened service so that appointments following theirs are not affected.
Arrivals of 20 minutes or more may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.
The full scheduled service price applies when a treatment is shortened because of late arrival.
Questions regarding a cancellation or no-show charge may be submitted to appeals@erosbodyworks.com.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless the service has been prepaid or is covered by an applicable Eros Bodyworks membership or credit.
Available payment methods may vary by location.
Service prices are subject to change.
Gratuity is optional and always at the guest's discretion.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Guest information is handled with discretion and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and Eros Bodyworks policies.

Information may be accessed or shared when reasonably necessary to provide your services, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, or when authorized by you.

Providers are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and respect the privacy of information shared during your visit.

Professional Standards

Eros Bodyworks maintains a professional, therapeutic environment for both guests and providers.

You have the right to communicate your preferences, ask questions, request an adjustment, or end a treatment at any time.
Massage pressure, positioning, areas of focus, and other aspects of your treatment may be adjusted based on your comfort and preferences.
Professional draping and appropriate boundaries are maintained throughout massage services.
Areas of the body requiring specific consent will only be addressed in accordance with Eros Bodyworks standards and applicable law.
Sexual or inappropriate requests, comments, advances, exposure, or behavior are not permitted.

Eros Bodyworks maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct. A session may be ended immediately when professional boundaries are violated. The guest may be charged for the scheduled service and may be prohibited from returning to Eros Bodyworks.

Draping & Personal Comfort

Professional draping is used during all massage therapy sessions in accordance with applicable requirements and Eros Bodyworks standards.

Only the area of the body being worked on is uncovered, while the remainder of the body remains appropriately draped.

You may remain clothed to whatever level makes you comfortable, and your therapist will adapt the service accordingly. Certain services, including Sports Massage and Assisted Stretching, may be performed while wearing appropriate athletic clothing.

If you have questions or preferences regarding draping, positioning, pressure, temperature, or any other aspect of your treatment, please communicate them with your provider at any time.

Health & Safety

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Inform your provider of relevant injuries, surgeries, health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or recent procedures before your service.
Your provider may modify or postpone a service when appropriate.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and recreational drug use are not permitted within Eros Bodyworks treatment spaces.
Guests who appear impaired by alcohol or drugs may be unable to receive services and may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

When a health concern falls outside the provider's professional scope, Eros Bodyworks may recommend consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding.

Hygiene & Personal Care

We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout Eros Bodyworks and ask our guests to help us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

Please arrive clean and prepared for your treatment.
We ask guests to avoid excessive fragrances or strongly scented products before their appointment.
Showers are not available at Eros Bodyworks locations.
Treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and applicable tools are cleaned or replaced according to Eros Bodyworks sanitation standards.

Identification

Florida law requires massage establishments to confirm the identity of guests receiving massage services and maintain certain guest records. Guests receiving massage therapy should be prepared to present valid identification when requested.

Required information is maintained in accordance with applicable recordkeeping and privacy requirements.

Minors

Eros Bodyworks maintains additional safeguards for guests under the age of 18.

A parent or legal guardian must provide any consent required for a minor to receive services.
A parent or legal guardian must remain present in the treatment room during services provided to a minor.
Eros Bodyworks may establish additional age restrictions for particular services when appropriate.

Your Comfort During Your Visit

Your experience should feel comfortable from beginning to end.

You are always welcome to communicate with your provider about pressure, temperature, positioning, music, conversation, lighting, products, or anything else that affects your comfort.

You may ask for a technique to be changed, request that an area not be treated, or end your service at any time.

Our providers are expected to offer the same professionalism, respect, and appropriate boundaries that we expect from every guest.

Feedback & Concerns

We welcome feedback about your experience and encourage you to contact us whenever something deserves our attention.

If something does not feel right during your service, please tell your provider whenever you feel comfortable doing so. Concerns may also be shared directly with Eros Bodyworks management.
