Policies

To ensure a positive and relaxing experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.

Appointments:

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. ​

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow check-in and consultation time.

​

Cancelations & Re-Scheduling:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

  • Rescheduling appointments will not result in a late fee if due to an emergency and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid when you booked your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

  • Prices are subject to change.

Client Confidentiality:

  • Your privacy is important to us. All client information and discussions are confidential.

  • Personal health information will only be shared with your explicit written consent.

  • Every session stays between the client and therapist.

Professional Conduct:

  • We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated immediately.

  • Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect the massage session.
     

Health & Safety:

  • If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions before the session.

Hygiene:

  • Please arrive at your appointment clean and free of strong scents.

  • Our therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, and we kindly ask clients to do the same.

  • Depending on location, a shower is available for you at no extra charge.

Draping Policy:

  • Draping is provided for ALL massage sessions. You are allowed to drape to your comfort level. We are trained to ensure your comfort and maintain your privacy.

  • If you have any concerns or preferences regarding draping, please communicate with your therapist before the session begins.

Feedback:

  • We appreciate your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please communicate with us directly.

  • Positive reviews are always welcome on our website or social media platforms.

  • If your experience was anything less than perfect, let us know immediately so we can make it right and course correct if necessary.
